2. Scoping & proposal
If there's a fit, I put together a clear scope: what we'll do, what we won't, how long it takes, what it costs. We sign an NDA before any sensitive details are shared.

3. The work
Depending on the engagement, this is strategy sessions, hands-on product work, workshops, async reviews, or embedded sprint support. We agree the format upfront.

4. Handover
Every engagement ends with something you can actually use: a decision, a framework, a system, a roadmap. Not just a summary of what we discussed.
Formats
Advisory / fractional
Regular sessions over weeks or months. Good for ongoing strategic support, roadmap reviews, or AI/data guidance without a full-time hire.
Project-based
Defined scope, defined outcome, defined timeline. Good for 0→1 product work, operational redesign, or a specific system build.
Workshops & audits
One-off or short-series sessions. Good for product strategy alignment, process audits, or AI readiness assessments.
Pricing
Engagements are scoped and priced individually - because a 2-week workshop and a 3-month fractional engagement shouldn't cost the same.
Typical range: €3,000–€8,000/month for ongoing advisory; project work quoted per scope.

Legal
- I operate through a registered legal entity (Georgia, EU-friendly jurisdiction) - all engagements are standard B2B contracts
- Invoices and completion acts provided for every engagement
- NDAs signed before scoping begins, as standard
