I'm the kind of product person who actually builds things.

I've spent 15+ years at the intersection of product, data, and operations - mostly in fintech and tech startups, mostly building things that didn't exist yet - or rescuing ones that had drowned in chaos.

I started as a developer, moved into product, and somewhere along the way became the person companies call when they need to turn a complex, ambiguous problem into something that works at scale. I've led teams of 50, managed across 4 time zones, and built products that became the primary revenue driver of the companies I worked for.

My background is technical I understand data architecture, ML pipelines, and system design - but I work at the product and business layer. I can sit in a room with engineers and understand what they're saying, and sit in a room with a board and explain why it matters.

I hold an MBA from Globis University (Japan), a certificate in Business Strategy from Harvard Business School Online, and a background in mathematical software. I'm certified in Data Governance and Data Quality Management, and hold a Machine Learning certificate from Stanford University.

I speak English (C2) and Russian (native).
